We offer individual therapy for women who feel stuck in survival mode, overwhelmed by emotions, or disconnected from themselves and others. Whether you’re carrying the weight of past trauma, struggling with anxiety that won’t let up, or just feeling like you’ve lost your spark—we’ll work together to help you feel more grounded, clear, and connected.

  • Starting therapy can bring up a lot of emotions: uncertainty, fear, maybe even hope. You might wonder: What if I fall apart? What if nothing changes? What if I’m too much?
    That’s okay. You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin.

    Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted. They’ve spent years carrying the weight of past experiences, managing anxiety that flares up out of nowhere, or feeling disconnected in their relationships and from themselves. They're high-functioning on the outside, but inside they feel stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure how to break free from the patterns that keep repeating.

    In our work together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space to explore those patterns with curiosity, not judgment. We’ll take things at your pace, and we’ll guide you using trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches like EMDR, parts work, and mindfulness.

    You can expect your first session to be a 60-minute mental health assessment, where we’ll talk through your history, what’s been going on lately, and what you hope to get out of therapy. After that, sessions are typically once a week for 60 minutes. While every healing journey is different, many clients work with us for a few months to a year.

    Throughout our time together, you might begin to notice:

    • Fewer emotional triggers and a greater sense of control

    • Feeling more present and connected in your life and relationships

    • Confidence in setting boundaries and honoring your needs

    • Relief from anxiety and a sense of inner calm you didn’t think was possible

    You don’t have to stay in survival mode. We’ll move at a pace that feels right, and we’ll be right there with you each step of the way.

    Therapeutic modalities offered include:

    All services are provided through secure telehealth for adults across Texas, making it easy to access high-quality therapy from the comfort of home.

    Flourish Therapy and Wellness is preparing to expand services to include in-person sessions and Neurofeedback. These offerings will be available soon in the San Antonio area.

    Clients who are interested in neurofeedback or in-person therapy are welcome to reach out or mention it during their consultation to stay in the loop.

We’ll meet weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs, to process what’s been weighing you down and help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Insurance and Superbills

I am out-of-network with insurance, but I provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Every plan is different, so I encourage you to check your out-of-network mental health benefits before starting.

Payment is due at the time of service and can be made via credit, debit, or HSA card.
