Meet Our Team

Real Healing Starts with Real Connection

Let’s be honest, starting therapy can feel a little intimidating. You’re opening up, being vulnerable, and trying to figure out if someone really gets you.

So here’s a little about our team, and why we do what we do.

Harmony Johnston, LCSW

Hi, I’m Harmony Johnston, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I help women heal from the heavy stuff: trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and everything in between.

I started Flourish Therapy and Wellness because I believe healing happens in honest, supportive spaces where you don’t have to pretend or perform. You don’t need to have it all figured out to start. You just need a space where you can show up as you are and that’s exactly what I offer.

Am I a good fit for you?

  • I offer trauma-informed therapy that’s collaborative, flexible, and rooted in deep respect for your story. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and centered on helping you feel safe, seen, and supported.

Some of the tools I use in our work together include:

    • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

    • Somatic and mind-body techniques to help calm your nervous system

    • Narrative therapy to explore and reshape the stories you carry

    • Neurofeedback to support regulation and brain-based healing

    • Faith-integrated counseling if your spiritual life is important to you

Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that got buried by pain, pressure, or survival mode. You’re not broken. You’re human. And healing is possible.

  • I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Texas and Utah, with advanced training in trauma-focused therapy and EMDR. I’m also trained in the full model of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Othmer Method Neurofeedback, which I integrate when helpful to support emotional regulation and nervous system healing.

I’ve spent years working with adults navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, and the everyday overwhelm that comes with just trying to hold it all together. I also have specialized experience supporting individuals with Autism, ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, and depression.

My clinical work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a deep belief in your capacity to heal.

    • I became a therapist because I don’t believe anyone should have to carry their pain alone.

    • My style is warm, honest, and relational—therapy with me often feels like a deep, supportive conversation with someone who truly sees you.

    • Outside the therapy room, you’ll usually find me spending time with people I love or diving into something new (I’m a lifelong learner at heart).

You’re in the Right Place If...

  • You’ve experienced trauma or loss that still lingers beneath the surface

  • You’re constantly “holding it all together” but feel like you’re falling apart inside

  • You’re tired of feeling stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed

  • You want a therapist who’s real, grounded, and truly listens without judgment

  • You’re ready to stop just surviving—and start actually living

Let’s Begin, Together

You don’t have to wait for things to fall apart to ask for help.
If something inside you is whispering, “I can’t do this on my own anymore,”—you’re not alone.
