Harmony Johnston, LCSW

Hi, I’m Harmony, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with advanced training in trauma recovery, EMDR, Neurofeedback, and DBT. I help women who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected heal from trauma and reconnect with themselves.

My approach is grounded, relational, trauma-informed and designed to help you feel safe, supported, and empowered. Together, we’ll work to reduce triggers, build emotional resilience, and help you feel more calm, confident, and fully present in your life.
